Hadi Zambarakji is a Consultant Vitreoretinal Surgeon at Barts Health, Whipps Cross University Hospital with over 10 years experience. I was a fellow in Vitreoretinal surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, and a research fellow on the Retina Service at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston. My role is predominantly clinical and I pride myself on delivering a busy vitreoretinal and cataract service with the help of my team both in the NHS and in private practice. I have a particular interest in the management of patients with complex cataracts as well as patients with diabetic retinopathy, tractional diabetic retinal detachment, macular hole, epiretinal membrane, floaters, retinal tears and ocular trauma.
